Ed, what a wonderfully written blog on your adventure hike of Pennine Way! I'm even more inspired to explore all I can by foot or bike. The PCT as you know, is a 2,650 mile committment, excluding the many side excursions into towns along the way to pick up food and supplies. I'm physically and mentally training this year and logistically planning in 2012. I will need to read the many more witty stories of your wanderings. Thanks so much for bringing this story to my attention!
Most Sincerely,
Mike
